In the beginning of Chapter 1 from Alexandre Dumas we find a former musketeer Aramis but retired along with his other friends. Athos, Porthos, and later the fourth member D'Artagnan there one motto was " All for one and one for all". When Aramis retired he became a bishop in the Catholic church and wanted to become a prist and had a very riscky plan to do it. He needed the King's side but knew it would be pointless because the king makes very bad decision. For example a person named Seldon was in prison ( Just because he wrote two lines for insulting the king that was a joke )( Pg 6 Dumas ).So Aramis went to Bastille ( which is a jail house) to see a person named Marachiali who's real name is Philippe for confession but also wanted to see him for another reason. When Aramis went to see Marachiali and told him his true heritige that his true name which was Philippe and that his twin brother was the king of France . He also told Philippe of what his twin brother was doing to the people of France and  how Aramis had a plan to make Philippe new king because " it was for the good of France".
